Here’s a quick recap of what’s going on to help save our show:
We are continuing the Perpetual Coolness Postcard Campaign, targeting the CW, USA and FX. International (and USA!) fans, please check out this post for how to participate if you don’t want to print & mail your own postcards.
We’ve been receiving press coverage for our efforts, too!
If you’re going to be in the L.A. area on Friday, May 23, join the rally at Warner Bros. for Moonlight.
We are working on plans for week 3, should they be necessary. Keep the faith, Moonlighters!
Our Ad in Variety/Hollywood Reporter, Plus Words of Encouragement

Thanks to everyone who donated funds for the ad. After a slight change in plans, we opted to run our ad in the Hollywood Reporter to start. We got an incredible deal on the inside front cover, prime real estate. That ad runs in Wednesday’s issue; check out what we ran (.pdf file). In response to fan requests, Leeser from MoonlightLine.com has set up a fund to collect donations for an ad in Variety, the show business “bible”. The ad will both thank the cast and crew for a wonderful show, and encourage other networks to take a look at Moonlight for their own schedules.

It’s been another busy day as Moonlight fans took to the phones, email and postcards to save our show. Here’s the latest info:
Warner Bros. expressed their gratitude for the fans’ support and reminded us that they can’t make the decision for the networks. In other words, we need to focus on the networks, not Warner Bros.
Fans started sending perpetually cool postcards by the hundreds (thousands?) to the CW asking for them to pick up the show. Some fans are also sending cards to SciFi Network and USA.
Rumor has it CBS is taking a headcount of fans who call 818-655-1779 before 6PM Pacific tomorrow, Friday. They will ask for name, age, city and state. When we tried to call (after hours), we were sent to voice mail, which is currently full. We recommend waiting until after 8AM Pacific on Friday to call in so they can clear out the voice mail box.
Of course, don’t forget that tomorrow night is the Moonlight season finale!
